How can neighborhood development be actively and socially shaped through participatory appropriation and negotiation processes?

The approach of the design takes as its starting point a processual approach divided into phases in order to make visible spaces of possibility for social negotiation. Starting from a cultural appropriation, it is shown how this negotiation process is reoriented in each phase of the project.
